I want to purchase from Taobao. Can I use your shipping-only service?

• If it is just one-time or occasional Taobao purchases, then we cannot ship for you.

  For regular Taobao purchases, you will have to make sure that these Taobao sellers are willing to work very closely with you. You CANNOT simply buy online from them and input our address at their checkout pages. At first, you need to communicate with them to provide you with information about the package, such as weight, dimensions, Declared Value etc. Then you need to input such information and the overseas address into our system to create a Shipping Order. A Shipping Order Number will be generated and you will have to instruct them to print/paste the address label on the outside of the box. Then, you have to pay them for domestic delivery to our warehouse in Shenzhen. Most Taobao sellers are quite reluctant to go through such hassles. So, it depends whether your Taobao seller is co-operative and you must be prepared for lots of communication with him.

  SFC does not offer consolidation service. If you are buying from various Taobao sellers, then we have to forward them to you separately. We cannot wait for all of them to arrive and then ship them out in one box.

  Alternatively, you may consider hiring Taobao Agents instead. These agents specialize in helping people from outside China to buy from Taobao. However, they are not our partners and we cannot recommend any particular agent.
